Proud of the effort from the Heels. Tough to win in Cameron. Hopefully we'll see a different result in Chapel Hill.

If nothing else, I hope Roy finally gets it that PJ Hairston is BY FAR the best player on this team. SEVEN offensive rebounds tonight and easily the best performance of the night for the Heels.

And let me add, should be starting.

The small lineup he went with tonight was really nice. Paige(ugh), Dexter, PJ, Bullock, JMM. That 5 can be very effective.

Paige is really hurting this team at times. If Carolina had consistent PG play, they might be pretty tough. I do hope Roy goes with the lineup you mentioned...gives Carolina a much better chance to win.

16-8, 6-5 ACC. A LOT of work to do in the last 7 games to get into the NCAAs.

LOL. I've been harping on free throws all night. I just meant it's tough to beat Duke at home. Tough place to play, they're usually good there, etc.

Sucks the heels lost but they didn't get blown out and if they could hit free throws would be leaving Dook with a W. Hopefully they can finish the season strong and make the Tourney.

As he should have been. Any Duke students that tried to rush the floor tonight (there were about 20 idiots that did..SMFH) should have been mowed down with a fusillade of bullets from the bird's nest. That would have been embarrassing after a win like this. Or anytime. This is Duke.

The Blue Devils were absolutely fortunate to escape tonight, and that's what they did. Escape. I don't even want to talk about that performance. If that happens against a legitimate team, Duke will get utterly dominated. This is a team that, without Ryan Kelly, can lose to a 16.

Was it the fans? Or was it all of the media and all those clowns on the baselines that were coming on to the floor?

They should have just ended it after PJ's dunk. I realize there was still time left, but just shake hands and get to the locker room, IMO.

I believe they were fans. I've never seen a cameraman or journalist run like a gazelle onto the floor after a game. I would have to go back and check, though, to make sure, but I am pretty positive. ESPN cut the court camera off pretty quick.

I definitely think some of those people running were fans. If you were at the game, then I will take your word for it, but they had to be complete morons to be sprinting onto the floor like they were in a 50-yard-dash with time still on the clock if they were members of the media.

Plus, it appeared to me that K was pointing toward all three sections of the bleachers, indicating to fans to remain seated. Just my view of what he was doing. Not really sure.
