It was in an ESPN article. Seems like the fundraiser was all the idea of an alumnus, and someone at ND saw the tweets and sent a crew to interview him.

No one received an infraction on that thread. That was the point. ND fans should have had at least a month in the basement each, but no can't ban ND fans.

It wasn't just ND fans if at all. I think webfire made the first unfavorable comment about Tress. Are Michigan fans protected too then? Anyways, I think you missed the point.

It was the "sad Irish fan" from the ncg. Cameras zoomed in on him face palming after Bama scored. Alum that lives in nyc, ND basketball played St johns a couple days later and the und.com crew that was with the team interviewed him. I'd be surprised if they were aware of Manti's situation before the interview but I am surprised it wasn't taken down after Swarbrick or someone in the know found out about the interview.
