The most overrated player in NFL History - Ray "I've got a full clip" Lewis told Raven officials yesterday that he will retire from the NFL after this year's play-off run (which hopefully ends Sunday).

Asked why he is retiring by the media, Lewis replied, "I've still got alot of people to kill and playing football really cuts into the time I need to be out there shooting people. I really need to work on upping my white people to black people killed ratio."

Except for the 6 idiots in the world that still have any respect at all for Lewis...everyone else just shrugged. Most NFL analysts expect it will take Lewis less than 6 mos. after retiring to be arrested for either 1. gun related offense, 2. drug charges, 3. sexual battery or 4. wearing a doo rag in public.

Reps. How he avoided jail is still a mystery to me.

Plea bargain. He was a nice enough guy to become a witness for the prosecution and try to let his buddies take the fall for what he did. Poetic justice that the other two guys were acquitted.

Kind of like Dave Winfield. Kick the shit out of Witte and Mark Minor and be rewarded instead of going to jail.

You are insane to think he's overrated. If he's a killer I don't have an opinion.

That's because you are dumb as a rock and don't really know much about football or at least not as much as I do.

Lambert, Butkus, Taylor...then it's a toss up IMO between Lewis and Singletary.

My point exactly. The doofus Tiernan is saying Rays an overrated player while obviously he makes top five to have played that position.

Nice catch there all-time greatest LB / sure INT slips thru Killer's fingers. If that had been 9mm Glock he's sure know how to get a grip on it.

The murders that Lewis was arrested for were done with a knife. Your reference to the gun doesn't make sense.

All of Lewis' other unsolved murders throughout the Baltimore area were done with a gun.

Don't stop him. He's on a roll.

No offense, sherm, but this guy might be funnier than any stand up comedian I've seen, and he's not even trying to be. :D

nice vball. Good catch.

Anybody see Killer Ray's pregame Haka-like strut? This guy is a pure POS and its criminal the way the Ravens and really the entire NFL, deify this thug. And before Said_aouita says I'm racist by using the thug word...its not racist, its profiling.

Ray's having a good game thus far, except that dropped interception. 10 tackles so far.

No offense taken. Although, it's not really polite to laugh at mentally handicapped people.
