He didn't suspend the two immediately, they were arrested and jailed. Can't play too much football from behind bars. He only suspended the others after they testified in court to what they witnessed. Up to that point, he didn't feel they did anything wrong. Two of the witnesses are currently wrestling. I would fire him but he has an unreal amount of power and he hasn't done anything like Paterno legally at least so far, JoePa and his staff went out of their way to protect Jerry Sandusky and refused to give him away. This guy hasn't actually witnissed and covered up a crime
