He didn't suspend the two immediately, they were arrested and jailed. Can't play too much football from behind bars. He only suspended the others after they testified in court to what they witnessed. Up to that point, he didn't feel they did anything wrong. Two of the witnesses are currently wrestling. I guess that suspension until further notice only meant 2 football games.
