They have done a very poor job of raising her. I still say and will continue to say that she needs to spend some time in a rehab center to dry out and learn how to behave.
I repeat: Her misconduct doesn't come close to the misconduct of the boys. But she needs help. Am I such a terrible person for suggesting that?
