See ya, Grant. You bitch.

I'm probably going to regret saying this, but bring on the Big Ten. I want a shot at 3-0 against that conference.

Big win by Duke. I'm impressed that the Devils were able to win by 16 with Kelly going zero for a million. Sheed with an outstanding performance. He really carried Duke tonight. He finished with 21 points and 3-of-5 shooting from beyond the arc. He is Duke's best creator and he will need to carry this performance over to the regionals.

Duke better amp up its physicality in the next round. Michigan State will try to turn the game into Tyson-Holyfied and if the soft Plumlee shows up, he'll be lying in blood on the canvas.

Duke amazed me last night. With all the foul trouble (47 total foul calls) that would have typically been a nail in the coffin. Quinn Cook Tyler Thornton Rasheed Suilamon and Seth Curry....hats off. Duke can beat anyone in the tournament. Duke guards have dictated the tempo against every team this season even in losses at UVA and Maryland. They dictated against VCU and Louisville and against Carolina and their uptempo game at the Smith Center. That will make them a tough beat in the round of 16.

Great job Devils. Wasn't pretty, but winning ugly is making be a believer again.

I have Duke in my final four ...

Duke - Michigan match-up

Duke will have to nail the 3's early to win this game and Kelly has to also step up.. (I've already ordered addition hot wings for this game)

Who cares? Next year it will be the same shit. 4-12 after three years chud will be fired along with banner and Lombardi then we will switch back to the 4-3.

If Duke is to advance through the next round and beyond they must play better then they have. The swagger is gone in this program and we are playing not to lose rather than to win. Quinn Cook blew 2 easy layups last nite, Josh Hairston continues to put the ball on the floor and travel, Plumlee continues to play like he has never faced a big man before. Hopefully we just play to the level of our competition but this is worrisome. Quinn Cook kept looking at the sideline like he didn't know how to run the offense. I will always be a Duke fan but this team is far from a great team!

Quinn cook was getting direction from the bench. Duke was milking possessions because of foul trouble. There wasn't in decision it was perfect game management.

I'm happy to get a 16 point win over a top 25 team IMO with Kelly, Cook, and Plumlee all playing below average. Curry also missed some wide open shots that are normally automatic. Obviously neither team shot the ball well but for Duke to beat MSU they'll need to get production out of their big 3 and Sulaimon and Cook have to each throw in about 10 a piece.

With regard to Kelly, I really think that the lack of normal regimented conditioning for the better part of two months finally caught up to him. He scored 36 against Miami with the help of extreme motivation to get back on the floor and higher-than-usual adrenaline, and played great for half of the next game as well against Va Tech on senior day, but since then he has obviously hit a wall made of brick. It's weird, though, he's not even looking to shoot. I mean, he took six or so shots, but they few and far between. He's doing a great job of finding teammates, though, and feeding Mason in the post when he draws coverage.

He's due for a big night. Let's hope he gets it.

I think that's an interesting notion. It's could be a little bit of both; Kelly slowly re-acclimating to the rigors of high-level play and Duke game-planning around other guys. The offense definitely was designed to go through Rasheed late in the second half, as several sets were called primarily for him. And he delivered.

Still, I hope that Kelly's shot returns. We will need his outside touch to open up the lane against MSU. If they are able to clog the middle, it could be a long night.

Think Michigan State is a better team than Duke and will win by 2.

Kelly will start hitting. Good shooters don't miss for that many games in a row. I hope MSU decides to help off him and leave him open at the top of the key. He will knock the shots down.

Feeling confident about the game on Friday after the way they won vs. Creighton. Devils have to be feeling good as well. Anyone heading to Indy to watch these games. I hope there is a sea of Green and Red there to welcome the Dukies. Will remind them of the crowd in Atlanta for the UK game. Be the villain.

If Duke wins on Friday, will be heading to Indianapolis on Sunday. Since I want to make the trip to Atlanta if we're fortunate enough to play on Monday Night in April, I decided to make just one trip to Indy. Limited in the time I can take off.

God I hope we win.

I honestly have no clue who will succeed K. I would want Brad Stevens, but Wojo seems the logical choice to continue tradition and because he knows the program so well.

I think Brad Stevens is the best option at this point, but that will never happen -- K will want it kept in the family, and, even though Duke University has the final say, we all know that it is in reality K's kingdom and he'll appoint the successor.

I think that Collins and Wojo are the most likely candidates at this point. They have spent the most time with K out of all of his current and former staff members who are in the conversation for succession and are the two candidates who resemble him most.
