I had to laugh....

I was at the beer cart at yesterdays game...and they had mixed drinks. Anyhow, they ran out of sugar for the mohitos. The girl pulls out a bag of generic sugar. I mean, sugar is sugar....but I laughed out loud.

I picture the players having to drink Aldis brand gatorade on the bench lol

They are as far out of 1st right now as they have been at any time this season. Their success is dependent more on Detroit and Chicago than it is on themselves. They are a .500 team. The question is what will 81 wins get you?

Nothing.

And I absolutely agree about being a .500 team. They aren't underachieving or anything...the FO just have put together mediocre talent and hope that's enough. Some piss poor decisions like signing Kotchman instead of Willingham(because he wanted a third year on the deal) and signing Grady for god knows what reason....have handicapped this team. There is literally nothing they can do because they have a shitty farm system and they already traded the two best prospects for a shitty pitcher that had one good half year.

This organization continues to be a joke from the manager on up....sad times as always to be a Cleveland fan.

Yep. They are playing right at the level of their talent ability. Some series better than others but over the course of several months this is right where they should be. Everyone talking about making a deal is delusional if they think adding a player or even two would make this team championship caliber. There's more than one player needed still.
