I've heard mayweather's reasoning behind why he won't fight manny, and he makes some good points. Floyd would beat him anyway.

Floyd and Pac won't fight because of Bob Arum and the politics involved.

Floyd laid out the date and the venue. It was set for today. Pac and Arum denied.

And speaking of which, PBF is putting Bob Arum on blast now.

Bob Arum is a fat greedy pig, just like Dana White said. Boxing is corrupt, they are very close to having big fights in the future and being inept.

PBF really put Bob Arum on blast there... Also like he said, Cotto had no problem taking the blood and using test, why should Pac?

Arum doesn't want Pac to fight PBF and lose. He'd rather this debate live on about who's the best. If PBF beats Pac, there's no debate.

Why the fuck should Mayweather be the only one who decides on the date an venue?? Is he god?? There are three venues that would even work for this fight: Cowboys Stadium,Louisiana Superdome,and the Georgia Dome. A venue like MGM Grand would not be able to accomadate the crowd for this fight

Besides...Mayweather hasn't fought outside of LV since 2005. Manny would be fucking stupid to agree to what would be a hometown fight for Floyd

Pac's weakness is counter punchers. It's why he's had several hard matches against Juan-Manuel Marquez. PBF is just a pure all around boxer. He's a great counter puncher and his defense is impeccable.
