Let's see if the Tribe can keep the bats hot as they head out to Seattle to take on the Mariners.

We'll get to see an old friend tonight as Kevin Millwood takes on Justin Masterson. Lowe and Vargas tomorrow, and Tomlin faces King Felix in the series finale.

I usually dont like the 10pm starts now that I am out of college. But with the series early on in the year, aka, the Red Wings and NHL on early, its nice to not have to choose.

As for the series. They will get no hit in the finale. So gotta take the first 2.

I'll probably stay up to watch these. I remember staying up last year for an early Mariners series in Seattle that served as the springboard for our great start last season. Hopefully this trip can do the same.

BRF checking in to say Go Tribe and I will not be staying up for these games. I am too old and need to get my beauty rest. Yes, I know, I will miss the banter between Footwedge and Hoops et alia!

Ubaldo isn't pitching so there will be no banter LOL.

Pitching match ups favor us in the first two, so it's key to win those games. Not counting on beating King Felix with Tomlin on the mound.

That was my thought too.

It'd be nice to get the first two so we don't have to face Felix with the series on the line.

LOL...as slow as he pitches, the game wouldn't end till 2 in the morning.

How long is Druby gone? I would think he'd miss this series, at least.

bereavement list is a minimum of three and maximum of 7 days...so the earliest he could come back is oakland

Sucks about Drubs and the start time. I might stay up depending what the score is at around 11:30. Haha only 26 but this whole staying up game is getting old.

I thought I read that he was going to miss the road trip, so this series and Oakland. Hopefully he'll be back for Kansas City.
