I won't disagree with this. A lot of stupid people win the lottery and blow it. A smart person winning the lottery would be set for life. It would be cool to set up a vCash lottery system. I will look in to it for the future. I have to completely rewrite the vCash/vBookie system for the new site so I could add this in pretty easily.
