Just bought $5,000 worth. Cant wait till I am a Multi-Millionaire tonight!

In reality, I went in to buy 5$ worth and only had a twenty. Just bought 20$ worth.

I can guarantee one thing, no one that's posted in this thread, including me, will win this lottery.

I was half kidding. I think the odds are 1 in 176 million to win the lotto. The odds to be the President would be take everybody who is born an American and therefore eligible...subtract all the women and all of the minority groups except African Americans and I would bet that number would be less than 176 million. So your odds of becoming the President if you are a white male are better than winning the lottery with one ticket.

That's me. Which made my purchase most likely really funny for the clerk at the gas station.

"Uh, I'd like to get one of those Mega Whatever dealies..." and so on.

Not really. You have 0 chance of being elected POTUS with only $1 to spend on your campaign.

Winning this lottery, on the other hand, would substantially improve your chances of one day becoming POTUS.

Lump-sum of $462M!!!! And after taxes, probably like $315M.

I'd almost rather take installments - it's not really the financially savvy choice, but $25.6M a year for 25 years is pretty cool

It would be absolutely retarded to take the payments over 25 years.

Either way, you're set.

I'm gonna buy a Powerball ticket. The forgotten lottery.
