lol the funniest part about crynasty, when he has everything going for him, he is such a fail idiot that the tables turn very quickly on him, and he is always the one who is made out to be an idiot POS. It's great entertainment seeing the community college grad gaining faux confidence, only to see it crashing down on him immediately. He typically goes in panic mode at this point and uses his go to cop out "i am done responding to you" fail response. He will get in his own way though, and eventually respond to you again, lolfail. So my story is unbelievable, yet LJs is. If you all must know, Fickell and Vrabel have a tight circle of friends. Fickell and Bob Hoying are married to sisters. I happen to have a few mutual friends in that circle and know the brother of the two sisters.

With that said, I was at a brunch at a CC in Dublin on Easter and a few of my mutual friends were present and I got to talking to them. Meyer actually does have a life outside of football, and was present. I got to talking with them for awhile and mentioned, "Hey coach I'm on some dumbass message board and there is a popular discussion about properties you own in Columbus..."


The reason it wasn't so weird is because the guys he was with are RE guys and he didn't think it was weird at all.

House is big, no question about that. Laughable that it was ever listed at $2.8M, I don't care how big it is (at some point unused space is annoying, not worth the upkeep). It's almost 30 years old and 1985 wasn't exactly the boom period in American architecture, and most 7 figure houses built today try to have a full bath/bedroom ratio of 1:1. What's the point of four half baths? Unless there is significant acreage, an amazing oceanfront or mountain view or something similar (which isn't available in C-bus), $1.4M for Columbus is about right. It isn't as if Urban is Bill Gates or one of the Waltons that can afford their own private compound.
