Who on here has actually been in a fist fight?

I fought a few times but most of them broke up before anything really happened. Broke a finger when a guy lowered his head that sucked and turned out bad. Hockey players are tougher then they look.

I have only been in a handful of fights in my life, but the most to ever happen was a punch or two being thrown and someone being tackled/knocked down to the ground.

The best fight I ever saw live was my freshman year in high school. These two girls started duking it out in the library. There were standing toe-to-toe throwing numerous haymakers at one another for what seemed to be five minutes. A male teacher tried to intervene and he got elbowed in the chest/face. It ended with one girl slamming the other's head into the corner of a table. She drew blood.

i'm 6 feet tall and a guy about 6'4 walked by with a pink popped collar - i rolled it down and called him a ***. He came over to me and my friends with a bunch of his friends - long story short, i hit his friend in the face with the bill of my hat and a before it could turn into a big fight/brawl bouncers and bartenders were flying in breaking it up.

I was that douche at the bar who would fight anyone over stupid shit when I was hammered. Won some, lost some.

Punched a bouncer once when he pushed me away from the bar when I was trying to tab out. That didn't end well.

Got in fights over barstools, shit like that.

Saw an ex gf's 6'8 55 yr old dad beat the hell out of some 22 yr old at a bar on her 21st birthday. That guy was a piece of work.

When I was in 8th grade, a girl's mom brought her to school, came into school, and they both jumped another girl. Then when teachers ran in to break it up, the mom jumped the teachers. :laugh:
Oh, and the girl had combination locks in each hand that she was beating the other girl with. Sent her to the hospital.

Been in quite a few in my lifetime, not an advocate for violence but sometimes you have to protect yourself.

Couple of times. My woman has got me into a fight a few times too. One of those your girl called my girl a bitch, is she? It's on type deals.

I do have a funny story about a fight though. I was down around wayne national forest in one of the small towns and cant remember the name of the town. The town has two bars across the street from each other. Im sitting having a beer with a friend around 1-2am when a fight started in the bar were in. They go outside along with eight others in the bar. My friend and I go to watch. These two guys are out there fighting when people from the other bar come out. Next thing I know everyone is out there fighting on the street. This guy stood up and said woooooo wooooo I lost my hearing aid. Everyone stopped fighting and found his hearing aid. then they went back to fighting. The craziest thing I ever saw.

...Back in the 70's, I bounced in a bar in Ytown that had blood on the floor every Friday and Saturday night. The "weekend warriors" were always starting some dumb ass $hit and I rocked several to sleep with a slapper that I carried. I never really wanted to fight, but I did enjoy some of it.

I have a large fighting side. Broken a lot up. Didn't even throw a punch in a few. Instigated a lot.

This kid was drunk and talking shit. They were holding him down, trying to keep him calm. I was sitting in a chair across the room laughing my ass off. I then started barking at him and he was like a caged dog. They let him go, he charged, I met him halfway with a power double. Broke a table. I got up and left, laughing.

Another time, this freshmen was talking about being all-county in high school. He's just a little guy. I then politely (ha) informed him how if your claim to high school fame was being all-county, then you're a waste of my time and to get out of my airspace (literally said that). He punched me, I threw him across the room onto the couch. Sucker punch and he hit my ear. So sad.

Another guy, after some mouthing between us, was walking away and I gave my classic "yeah I'd walk away too." He turned around, I said "I'm here if you want to try your luck."

Moral of the story: I talk a lot of shit and can only back up some of it.

I got in a shoving match with another kid when I was in elementary school, that's the closest I've ever been to being in a fight. Hell, I've only seen 1 fight in 10yrs of going to the bars.

I fought in elementary school, if that counts, but nothing since then. I'm a pretty inoffensive guy, I guess. The potential drawbacks of getting into a fight when you're late 20s, married, have a kid, and gainfully employed tend to outweigh the positives.

A college friend was leaving a bar a few years ago. Some drunk dude thought it would be funny to punch him. Friend fell, hit his head on the curb, blood on the brain, in a coma for life. Drunk dude is serving 15-20 years in prison for it. At some point, it just isn't worth it.

I used to fight a lot. Probably been in 30 or so in my life. Not so much lately since I'm married w young children.

my last fight was summer before last. there was a big fight in the parking lot where like 6-7 young guys probably all about 21 years old and 150 pounds were fighting 1 guy who was about 6-3 300. he was claiming that he was a cop so he couldnt hit them but he was picking them up and tossing them around and they were taking turns punching him in the face while he laughed.

anyway during alll this a friend of mine got his side mirror knocked off of his car. he is a real nice and quiet type of guy. he was trying to get some info from them so that he could get his mirror paid for and they were threatning him. so me and my other friend were like basically someone needs to pay for the mirror. they decide to call us cotton pickers...and i hit the dude before he got the picker part out. next thing i know its 7 of them on 3 of us...we still cleaned them up. when the cops came they said everyone stay where you are and we just kept walking and they got arrested.

but two days later i went to ER and xray showed a boxers fracture in my hand and i didnt get to golf all summer so technically it was a win- lose situation.

before that my three previous fights were against my brother in law.

Like 10 or so we used to go to the frat houses in college start fights then raid there kitchen and steal all there beer and food. Good times
