Currently up to 185 after a bad week of eating. Still down 15 since the New Year. Graduated at 172, was 168 during football season, was up to 240 at one point, found a low/no carb plan and cut it down. Have also added some muscle thanks to Tony Horton. I plan to be down 5 more in the next three weeks and eventually to 175 for another triathlon this summer. More important that weight, I’d like to get my BF under 15%.</SPAN>
