......But maybe not as bad as pitching to Hamilton.
I agree...but must add the NL MVP Jeff Kent was on the team.....didn't deserve it.....but had 135 RBI and a .595 slugging %

Oh Kent was good protection behind him. But it wasnt like they had a great line-up. Hamilton has guys all over the place to protect him, and he wont be batting without guys on base because of who is in front of him (like Bonds was a lot).Ironman92;1168611 wrote:I agree...but must add the NL MVP Jeff Kent was on the team.....didn't deserve it.....but had 135 RBI and a .595 slugging %

The worst HR measurement of the season....Stanton's walkoff grandslam was 432 feet...lol
Votto's 2nd HR was 431 feet and it hit about 10 feet over the 404 sign....Stanton's was about 65 feet over the 410

Vottos hit off the middle of the black building. It's probably 15-20 feet just from the top of the wall to the base of the building.

It hit the very base of the black over the 404....maybe 425, regardless Stanton's was not 1 foot longer....Stanton's is so far off.

Pretty solid....lower portion of the outer 1/3 of the plate...curveball. Hit it about 425.

not pissed. surprised though. he was BRUTAL last September. one of the veteran starters needed to be moved to make room for the young guys coming up and a guy getting paid $16 million that couldn't get past the 5th inning was the best candidate.

Strasburg bothered by Hot Stuff during start

Stephen Stasburg was bothered by stray Hot Stuff in his groin during Tuesday's loss to the Padres.
Hot Stuff is an analgesic ointment like Icy-Hot that is often used as a muscle-loosener. But it can cause quite a bit of pain when applied to ... more sensitive skin. "I can’t really tell you what the problem was, but some Hot Stuff got misplaced," manager Davey Johnson said. "It was on his shoulder and evidently – I don’t know how it got to where it got, but it was uncomfortable, to say the least." Strasburg allowed four runs in four innings.

Ha I hope that was a prank and not an accident. We did that to the kicker on our hs football team except we put it all over his chin strap and pads inside his helmet. Coaches weren't amused though.

Can't be a prank. Who pranks their ace on game day? Sounds like he rubbed his shoulder then scratched his balls!karen lotz;1172483 wrote:Ha I hope that was a prank and not an accident.
