I do still believe Silva was caught off guard the first time, because I've seen him just play with opponents before when he could have ended the first 30 seconds. Silva is pissed off at all of the **** Sonnen is talking. I think he comes out more focused than ever and hopefully beats the **** out of him. Sonnen just rubs me the wrong way. I think it will be a heck of a fight, or Silva beats the **** out of him quick.
The difference is that Romo and Vick can wear Kevlar rib guards while they are playing to protect them. If Silva truly had a broken rib he would have been doubling over in pain at every body shot in that fight (and there were quite a few on the ground).

I'm a huge Anderson fan but the broken rib was a BS excuse. At least be honest and say that you took him lightly (which I believe to be true). Don't use an injury that obviously wasn't apparent during the fight.

I'm not a Sonnen fan at all, he's funny at times but not an extremely exciting fighter. I will say that I LOVED the last fight though, he was extremely exciting during the fight and beat the crap out of Silva.

I don't see it ending quickly mainly bc Silva is never going to get comfortable enough to pick his shots like he has done with everyone else, and Chael has never been KO'd. Chael is going to be pressuring him 24/7 and Silva is going to have to wing his punches bc if he throws a kick, Chael is going to take him down.

Understood. So do you think Sonnen will win?

Excited to see Patrick Cote back in the UFC, really exciting match up with Cung Le. Damian Maia is making his WW debut against Dong Hyun Kim, hopefully it will be a really high level exciting grappling match. Forrest seems to be in a much better place pyschologically, I knew he was going to get destroyed against Shogun just based on the way he was talking leading up to the fight, plus his wife was getting ready to go into labor so I'm sure his mind was elsewhere.

I think Forrest will cruise to a win, but who knows, Tito may say F it and go balls to the wall because it's his last fight.

Tito hasn't looked good in years other than the fluke win over Bader. He has been stopped in back to back fights with shots to the body. I could see him pulling off a decision win but I think Forrest is the better all around fighter and if he is right mentally(which he seems to be), he should win easily.

I'd like to see Tito go out with a win.

I would too, although I love Forrest. If not a win at least a great memorable performance.

Forrest does nothing for me, not someone I would pay to see. If he weren't fighting tito I wouldn't care. Probably going to buy the card just in case Sonnen pulls the win.

I thought everyone was a Forrest fan, he always brings it. I used to like Tito but all he does is make excuses anymore, it's pathetic at times.

Wanderlei always brings it too, but i'm tired of watching him fight. Just not always interested in these old dog fights. I'd like to see Tito win, but i bet if he does he says he'll want to make a title run lol
