I read that he is moving to 205, dunno if that's true or not. I did read that he walks around at like 220, 50 pound cut? geesh

Jones is heads and tails above everyone in light heavyweight....so that is why I say he won't lose for a while...not saying he will never lose...just not anytime in the near future... Who in LHW is gonna beat him? Seriously!

No i've never watched the UFC, what does it stand for? You acting like he is unbeatable is laughable. I love the kid and he is scary good but no one is unbeatable, people said the same thing about Machida at 205, matchups and styles make fights. There are names out there that will give him a fight and test him, not saying that they will beat him but they can push him and test him in different ways. Rashad with his wrestling(which rumor has that Rashad school's Jones in camp), Rampage with his left hook and chin/toughness, Machida with his style keeping distance leaping in and out and his amazing take down defense, he is hard to get ahold of. He is also a monster in the clinch with his sumo background. There's also the up and comer Phil Davis. If you wanna go over to Strikeforce there's Dan Henderson, Gegard Mousasi and King Mo. I hope the kid keeps winning but don't get ahead of yourself.

I had it 29-28 Davis, I was hoping he would be a little more impressive and finish that way he could get a top 10 guy. Maybe he will anyhow.

Dan Henderson, Gegard Mousasi and King Mo
I dont think any of these three stand a chance against Jones. Henderson lost to Shields recently. KIng Mo has beat Mousasi and lost to Rafael Cavalcante who Hendo took it to. Now if I give someone a good shot against Jones it is Rashad. He gets to train with him and know his weaknesses. I also want to see jones against a really big lhw. At this time though he reminds me of a younger version of silva who is pretty unbeatable. You are right about different styles can be a bad matchup I would like to see him against a counter artist like Machida and against Courture to see if he could prevent someone as strong as him from putting him against the cage.

Styles make fights, another name I should have thrown out there is Roger Gracie. He has limited stand up but he is the best bjj practitioner in the world.

Gracie would school Jones on the ground.

Thats what i'm saying, it would almost be a guaranteed sub, but getting it to the ground is the only question because Gracie's standup is very limited.

I'm also disappointed that Rumble Johnson layed and prayed on Hardy after promising to stand and bang with him.

You can only do so much when the guy on top of you is THAT much stronger than you. Not saying Ruas BJJ is on par with Gracie...but you saw what Jones did to Rua, it wasnt even fair lol

I somewhat agree with that but to be fair to Rua he was hurt from the first flying knee on, and I still say he gassed after the first round, the accumulation of punishment could have something to do with it however. Taking nothing away from Jones though.

I'd LOVE to see "Rumble" Johnson or Phil Davis vs. "Bones" Jones. I think "Bones" would whoop 'em both, but I just think those would be two solid tests and fresh faces. Tired of seeing the same ol' guys fight for the belt.

So Anderson Silva hasn't lost 4 times in his career and GSP didn't get submitted by Matt Hughes, nor did he tap to strikes against Matt Serra huh?

You're an idiot. No one is trying to argue that "Bones" Jones won't lose AT SOME POINT in his career. You're simply arguing that he WILL lose soon. Everyone else is arguing that he will have a ridiculously long reign, ala GSP or Silva. Stop acting like an idiot.

Way to result to middle school tactics by calling me an idiot, classy bro. I'm not saying he's going to lose soon, I was just trying to provide people with some insight on who COULD potentially pose a threat to him. History tells us that the LHW belt changes hands more than any other weight division. I'm a big Jon Jones fan btw, you don't know for sure how long anyone is going to hold the belt. Any other childish names you wanna drop?

Well, when you use middle-school logic, be prepared for middle-school attacks. Anything more and you might not be able to comprehend the insult.

Yeah... your mom goes to college.

So first you tell me that i'm arguing that he WILL lose, then when I prove to you that I in fact wasn't but was only providing people who can challenge him that makes me captain obvious? Stop trying to twist my words, it's making you look foolish. Some people will do anything to try and win. Your game is weak.

He took the fight on short notice and beat an experienced south paw boxer with a black belt in bjj....i'm impressed. He'll have a full camp for his next opponent and probably an impressive win
