About 8-9 years ago I started taking Blood Pressure Meds, shortly after that Sugar Type II Meds also….. So in a 24 hour period I take Five (5) Meds (two are the same but at different times in the day)

Cinnamon helps increase glucose metabolism, which only makes you body use insulin more efficiently.
