It would be a crime if Eli won more titles than Peyton. Mostly because Peyton is the way better QB, and partly because fuck him.

That's what I was thinking.

You said: "Pats by 17 and G-Men by 24"

This tells me you know nothing about either of the four teams.

You said: "
and No D can stop Brady right now. "

The Ravens absolutely stopped Tom Brady today. You overestimated the Patriots.

And it all started with this gem: "
and the shoe in super bowl champs"

shoe in? so laughable. The "shoe-ins" about put on the wrong pair of cleats.

I'm going with the New York Football Giants to go against BearBoy. However, if the Patriots win I won't be surprised. They are a good team. They are not, however, a team that is so much better than every other team. They won't blow them out.

With that said, I want to see Tom Bradt lead the patriots 80 yards fire the go ahead score with 1:30 on the clock and then eli goes down and ends it.

I don't know how the patriots D will cover Nicks, Cruz, Manningham, and Ballard. I know the game during the regular season was close but NY is looking really good right now. Just hoping it's not a repeat of 2007.

Eli Manning is well overdue for a piss-poor performance. I can see him having a multiple turnover game against the Patriots.

NE: 35
NYG: 17

The Giants are the lesser of two evils. I'll be rooting hard for them while trying not to vomit.

Eli has really been in beast mode this year. Easily proved himself worthy of what he said earlier this year (which was blown completely out of proportion anyway).

My first instinct was that the Giants would win because their WR's are so superior to the Patriots DB's. The Giants won the regular season match up in Foxborough, and they didn't even have Nicks.

I think it'll be a great game though. Could easily see it going either way.

Eli throws slant routes that his ridiculous receivers turn into 80 yards. He's good, but he's not top 5 good. He benefits from a really, really good WR group more than anyone in the NFL.

That is going way overboard. His WRs arent THAT good. Ballard is not a top TE. His RBs arent tops in the league.

I watched at least 10 Giants games this year, my fuckin roommate loved them. His stats are seriously inflated by ridiculous runs after the catch, (see:Cruz 99 yard TD). I thought I read the other day that no team has more YAC than the Giants.

And what does Bradshaw and Jacobs have to do w/ what I said? Bradshaw is pretty good at catching balls out of the backfield. There aren't many teams that can do better than Cruz, Nicks, Manningham

Good thing you moved out, that would be pretty damn annoying.

I have the Giants in a close one. I think just like the last SB, that D Line keeps Brady uncomfortable.

Offensive weapons which would help the running game (Bradshaw and Jacobs).

I dont care how many YACs they had. It would have to be astronomical to not give a guy who threw for nearly 5k yards, 29 TDs and only 16 INTs. Sorry, but he was awesome this year. Something like 13 4th Q tds or something. I would say he was easily the most clutch QB, with the most go ahead drives etc.

You are hatin' cause you hated your roommate. Understandable...but incorrect.

And for what its worth, the guys who threw for more yards;
Brees
Brady
Rodgers

Only Brady has a WR corps who you could say isnt as good as the NYG. Saints and GB are better. Even the Pats have the arguably the 2 best if you take each teams top 4 (Welker and Gronk).

Nobody beats the pats 2 times in 1 season. I just don't want to see Eli have more super bowls than Peyton.

I'm not saying he didn't have a really good year...he obviously did. But the Giants' D-line and WR's are just as much a part of their success as Manning was. If you've watched Giants games this year, you'd notice he'd throw a 15 yard slant route that would go for 80 yards. Hell look at the Falcons playoff game, throws a simple pass to Nicks who turns it into an 80 yard TD. Another one in the Packers playoff game, I believe. I didn't watch most of the Niners game as I was traveling.

Look, he's really good..a top 7 QB. But he's not "elite" he's just really, really good.

See I disagree. Greg Jennings is the only really good WR on the Packers, the others just benefit from Rodgers. Whereas, Manning benefits from his WRs. Saints...again, who is better than Cruz, Nicks, and Manningham? Colston? Henderson? Moore? I'd maybe take Colston over Manningham, but that's about it.

Eli has won 5 straight Road Playoff games and is going to his 2nd Super Bowl with a wild card team. He is a top 5 QB in the NFL. The dude is Elite give it up.

Skyhook says he's elite, now I must give up

Branch - 332 (40th)

Detroit
Megatron - 524 (8th)
Burleson - 406 (24th)
Pettigrew - 324 (44th)
Best - 287 (58th)

New York Giants
Cruz - 595 (6th)
Nicks - 362 (32nd)
Bradshaw - 306 (52nd)

New Orleans
Sproles - 703 (2nd)
Pierre Thomes - 482 (15th)
Graham - 469 (17th)
Colston - 265 (66th)

Green Bay
Nelson - 429 (21st)

Yeah, but why is Cruz making Manningham....but Brees is making Lance Moore or Rodgers making James Jones? Cant be one way for one team and not the same for the other.
