No, I can't name any candidate or their qualifications, black or white, and the fact that there were no black candidates that "out-qualified" white candidates is grounded in the fact that a black man can't get experience if he can't get a job because he's black. If RJ was fired because he is white, that is very, very unfortunate especially considering his accomplishments. But as I said before, "unfortunately, sometimes, karma does come calling" not necessarily on him because it is not to suggest that he is a racist, he may be innocent in that regard, however, that's how it goes!
