I love cribbs as a dude but I'm over him as a player. Hes average at best at everything aside from returns and those are hardly part of the game anymore.

He hasn't been an elite return guy for the last 2 seasons. Looking through NFL history, top returners don't usually last.

Agreed. At this point, he's an overpaid gunner on punt/kickoff coverage. His return skills have dropped off. He had his best year at WR last year but he's still not a very good route runner. Shaun Rogers signing looks like a failed experiment for the Giants

Shaun Rogers was a surprise signing by the Giants in April. The veteran defensive tackle didn’t do much of anything during the offseason program that wrapped up last week except cost them promising young tight end Jake Ballard, Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post reports.
With Rogers unable to participate due to a mysterious elbow condition that neither he nor the Giants will talk much about, general manager Jerry Reese exposed Ballard to waivers for roster purposes so he could bring back reserve defensive tackle Rocky Bernard.
Although he played in all 16 games for the Saints last season, he managed just 14 tackles and wasn’t re-signed even though New Orleans knew its defense was probably going to be decimated by free agency and the NFL’s bounty penalties.
Even Rogers admitted when the Giants signed him that he was halfway expecting to be forced into retirement, although Rogers claimed last week that there were other teams interested this offseason.
With Rogers unable to do anything more than study the Giants’ playbook, the combination of the elbow and the surprise re-signing of Bernard are leading Giant watchers to wonder if Rogers will ever play a snap for the team.
“He is in the classroom,” Tom Coughlin said when asked about Rogers recently before quickly changing the subject.
Rogers isn’t exactly making any guarantees when asked if he expects to be available for the start of training camp in Albany next month. Rogers himself wouldn’t be surprised if the Giants decided to end their relationship soon.
“That’s up to them to decide,” Rogers said. “I feel like I can play football at any point in time. What my role is will be determined by the coaches and how they feel.”

For those who don’t watch (I’m a loyal viewer), American Ninja Warrior contestants attempt to complete an obstacle course that includes a lot of climbing and hanging and requires the contestants to use their arms to lift the weight of their own bodies, which means the contestants tend to be significantly smaller than the 6-foot-4, 255-pound Wimbley. Then again, most of the guys who go on the show are just weekend workout warriors who have an interest in gymnastics, climbing or parkour. As a professional football player, Wimbley’s credentials as an athlete far surpass those of most of the other contestants on the show.
The grand prize on American Ninja Warrior is $500,000. That probably means a good deal more to the other competitors than it does to Wimbley, who signed a five-year, $35 million contract with the Titans.

American Ninja Warrior is a badass show. We actually watched the dvr'd show from earlier in the week last night. At Wimbley's size, that salmon ladder and the other suspension type stuff couldn't have been easy.

Yeah same. The last two stages are very upper body intensive, and not chest mind you, but back. You don't see many big guys climbing and hanging very well. They may be crazy strong, but not strong enough to carry their own weight.

I've seen a couple of episodes for it... Shit looks tough, especially as it progresses in difficulty and your body begins wearing down.

I played WR in HS and will tell you as well as anybody who played(s) the position that catching rocket passes are easier than ducks/lobs.
