You say he isn't a browns fan? I'm a "self proclaimed" huge browns fan, so what? What is your point? You trying to say he isn't a browns fan because you don't agree with him? I don't understand what you're getting at.SportsAndLady;1145780 wrote:Again with the deviation...you seriously haven't heard br talk about how gigantic a fan he is of the browns?

Not sure if this was talked about, but did anyone see mcshay's latest mock. It had the browns taking trich and tannehill. Tannehill was via trade at 7. Had to give up 22 and 37 to get him....thoughts?

If we give up 22 and 37 to take Tannefail, I quit.

Nice calling Tannehill, Tannefail before he has had the opportunity to play 1 NFL down. smhDr. KnOiTaLL;1145800 wrote:If we give up 22 and 37 to take Tannefail, I quit.
He may end up being a great draft pick if they go that route.

I agree, but what if they did they did the same thing but got Floyd? I might actually be ok with that

That would be amazing. As for tannehill, I think he will be a good qb but he needs to sit and learn

I wouldn't. I think Floyd will be good, and better than Blackmon, but I still dont see him as elite. I'd rather get Wright.wes_mantooth;1145812 wrote:I agree, but what if they did they did the same thing but got Floyd? I might actually be ok with that

Don't take a QB with the first 3 picks. Just don't do it.

I don't know, just giving up number 37 to move that far up seems like it isn't a bad deal.

Agree! Fan base will go nuts if we trade 3 times in the first round! At least one of them would be trading back upSkyhook79;1145656 wrote:10. Speaking of the Browns, they will be involved in three trades in the first round. They will deal #4 and fall back, then deal up from where they fell back to by adding one of their 3rd round picks to select either Michael Floyd or Justin Blackmon. And as stated above, #22 will be dealt as well as the Browns comfortably fall backwards and still get Brandon Weeden as their QB with their 2nd round pick.
Haha heads will explode if this happens.

Its not a bad deal, I just dont think Floyd is worth it. I'd still rather have Randle, Quick, Wright, Hill and keep my second rounder to use on LeMichael James or Massie to fill the RT spot.wes_mantooth;1145886 wrote:I don't know, just giving up number 37 to move that far up seems like it isn't a bad deal.

Floyd is a beast compared to the receivers you listed imo.Commander of Awesome;1145891 wrote:Its not a bad deal, I just dont think Floyd is worth it. I'd still rather have Randle, Quick, Wright, Hill and keep my second rounder to use on LeMichael James or Massie to fill the RT spot.

Agreed, although it would be questionable to trade up for Floyd when the talent available at 22 will still be impressive for the WR position. I really like Floyd, as he's probably the top WR in this draft IMO, so I'm torn as to how I would feel if we made this move.DeyDurkie5;1145894 wrote:Floyd is a beast compared to the receivers you listed imo.

Floyd, Little, Mo mass, and norwood in the slot would be a great core for McCoy. If we could get him and Richardson, I say pull the trigger. You have the most picks in the draft, use a few to get the offensive weapons you need. Find a RT with your next pick, and then try and get a sleeper OLB.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1145903 wrote:Agreed, although it would be questionable to trade up for Floyd when the talent available at 22 will still be impressive for the WR position. Yeah, it would be tough to say no to that trade....although I can't see why Jacksonville would even consider it
