Fuck Washington....and fuck Dan Snyder.

I don't know what they do now. I don't know if they should look to upgrade at the QB position or draft other positions now. There really isn't another QB out there that screams "sign me or pick me".

Suck for Barkley I guess....

Makes sense. They just gave up 3 -1st round picks and a 2nd for the #2 pick and now they are going to trade that pick for the Browns 4th and 22nd.

After the comments said about not being interested in Mario Williams and then offering three 1sts for the #2 pick after implying they wouldn't, it wouldn't surprise me if they went after him (Mario). The fact that the Browns were in this RG3 'sweepstakes' when many thought they wouldn't get involved leads me to believe that Heckert has a better poker face than some believe and a lot of his recent presser was pure bullshit.

BTW...do NOT want Mike Adams at 22 now.

As much as I don't like it, if Manning signs with AZ, Kolb is a Brown.

from Matt Williamson at ESPN (former Browns scout)...

"One thing I take
away from this transaction is shame on Cleveland for letting this happen. The
Browns were in the driver's seat to move up just two spots in the draft, but
instead of going strong, they will most likely aim for mediocrity and sign a Matt Flynn or use their second-round pick on a
prospect like Brandon Weeden or Kirk Cousins. Again, that is aiming
for mediocrity. Griffin was exactly what that franchise and city needed, but the
Browns couldn't get it done."

That's how I feel in a nutshell. He could have brought the kind of buzz/excitement to the Browns that Lebron brought to the Cavs. Totally changed the franchise.

There will be a lot of pressure on that kid, but he is wired for it and I think could have handled it here.

I actually thought you wrote that and not Matt Williamson.

I sure hope the Browns trade down. There is a great possibility they still can. This team needs the picks, one man wasn't going to change this organization. If RG3 is a bust it will be even funnier.

Well.........I feel disappointed that we couldn't get RG3 and I am disappointed with Washington.....The draft trade chart is forever blown out of the water. With what the Falcons did last year and what the Skins did this year, if you were ever inclined to move up it is going to really cost you....for those saying we need to get Barkley or another QB next year, you had better hope we are picking 1 or 2 next year because in order to trade down in the future 3 firsts are going to be the starting point, and that is to move 4 spots......
As far as Washington goes , this could be an Eli Manning type "worth it trade" or it could turn into a Vikings Hershcell Walker trade and the Rams with Jeff Fisher ( who i always respected as a consistent playoff coach) have the picks to reface the franchise, especially when they already have their franchise QB

I don't agree with Matt Williamson. Earlier this yr people were questioning whether or not 3 1st for luck was crazy and worth it. Now all of a sudden because the browns didn't give up 3 1st and a 2nd round for RG3 the Browns are the dumbasses?

I also like how apparently it is a forgone conclusion that RG3 is going to be a superstar. It's hilarious how Andrew Luck has all of a sudden become an after thought ever since the combine.

Well, Luck was never going to be a story for the media because it was a known fact of where he was going. RG3 was a story because the Rams didn't want him...so the media hype machine was in full effect. He may turn out to be good, but I agree...no guarantee that he will be a superstar. The hype worked though...it had Cleveland fans worked into a frenzy. Now it is time to make the right picks and solidify this team. I am not saying that QB isn't important..it is the most important position...but there are plenty of other holes on this team to fill.

I don't think Luck is an afterthought. He's just been off the market because it's been known he will gone with the 1st pick. RG3 was a different story. He has been the prize people have been bidding over.

And for the record....I don't think he will bust
