I mean like, if you get below a 10, you are clinically retarded. Below 25 is bad too, yeah.

I know, it's the Bleacher Report but I think this guys comments on Holmgren are pretty much on the money...

30) Cleveland Let me be upfront with you: Mike Holmgren has no business running an NFL franchise. He is a great football coach and truly one of the greatest play-callers I’ve ever seen. But when it comes to the personnel side of things, he’s a complete disaster.

I think Pat Shurmur is one of the brighter offensive minds in the league, but he has precious little to work with on that side of the ball—and he's now saddled with Brad Childress.

I am trying to think of my dream scenario for the first 3 picks...

1 is....Richardson, Hill, L. James(may be too high)

2 is....Claiborne, Tannehill, Jeffrey(I know, some don't want him at all)

3 is....Blackmon, best available whatever, Weeden
One and three I'd be cool with although I don't see the first scenario (two RB's with the first 3 picks) happening. I'd like Richardson, Hill (or Wright) & Weeden more with the first 3.

I'm still getting this "sick to my stomach" feeling that it's going to be Tannehill at 4 though.

I can't wait til draft day is over, not am I only excited to see how our offense is going to look, but i'm tired of draft talk.

I mean seriously, Either Mccoy as our Qb, (or insert draft pick) with Little to the left side, Blackmon/floyd/Hill to the right and Trich/Wilson/other pick.

If Mccoy had those weapons, absolutely no reason to fail.

Yeah he was pretty spot on about Holmgren but he couldn't have failed much more when talking about Shurmur.

Aaron Nagler actually responded to me with this, "Did the entire city of Cleveland miss his time with St Louis?"

Bradford thrived in Shurmur's offense. Not saying old Patty Boy is some genius but Bradford did better. On the other hand, Shurmur's nuts shriveled up with his gameplan that could've gotten the Rams into the playoffs when I believe they were ousted by the Seahawks who made it.

Wasn't the offense ranked near the bottom lol? I am not quite sure, I normally see iggy QQing about it, but I never check to see if its true. If it's true, respond with that, or ask him if Shurmur ran sweeps to his 10th string TE on 4th and 1 after his RB was averaging about 3-4 yards a carry.

You can also tell him, "yes we did miss his entire season with st louis, because you know, we were watching our own team."

I just told him that to which he replied, "How did it work out for the Payton and the Saints the following week?"

my response, Saints will make the playoffs every year, Shurmur will never be going to the playoffs
