If the league starts investigating the Skins, would the Rams be reluctant to deal with them for 2013 high draft choices if the Skins could eventually have to forfeit them if an investigation hasn't been completed? For instance, if WASH offers a 1st & a 2nd this year along a 1st & 3rd next year, could they have to forfeit next years 1st?
