The scuttlebutt is that he may get a suspension, a fine or both.

It's not the first time he's bruised some brains with his questionable helmet to helmet hits. He's gonna get punished. How much does he deserve.

One and a fine, probably should get 2 and a fine but he'll only get one.

Should be two and and a fine but it won't be. This idiot doesn't "get it" and still thinks he did nothing wrong. Until they start suspending him he'll keep doing it.

I voted 1 game but hell pry get a fine too. BR is right, the guy just doesnt get it. I still dont think a suspension and fine will change that but you have 2 do something.

Agree with this. There were plenty of ways to bury McCoy on that play without going up into the helmet. he's done it before, and his recent comments that he doesn't deserve any kind of a fine or suspension indicates that he he just doesn't get the rule, nor the reason for it. If you don't nail him with a severe punishment, he'll continue to do it.

It's not just him but he seems to be the repeat offender. It's almost as if these guys have never learned "form tackling" but I guess nobody wants to see a good old fashioned, technically sound form tackle on ESPN, right?

where in the hell is he supposed to hit him? cant go low cant touch his helmet...JC that leaves about an 18 inch window to tackle the guy there is no way he could hit him without touching his helmet at all. i saw at least three hits or attempted hits on qb's this weekend that were worse than the mcoy hit...what a bunch a crybabies

Have you SEEN the play? Harrison had PLENTY of time to lower a shoulder on McCoy but he decided the "ESPN highlight reel knockout" with his helmet was much better. Hell, Harrison shouldn't have contacted McCoy at all if he didn't want a penalty.

Why does it NOT surprise me that a Yinzer fan would defend this? So delusional...

Typical Steeler fan cop out when one of their players is about to get fined. 'Let's just play flag/two hand touch or put dresses on the QB." "We're ABOVE the rules!"

i didnt think he lowered his head...hit him more facemask to mcoys helmet...is it illegal yes...was it intenional i didnt think so...mccoys awkwardness or indeciciveness about what he wanted to do caused a bigger hit than it should have he tried to fake run, fake pass and then threw a late pass when he should have got down or protected himself

and saying a 2 game suspension for that hit is just stupid

Considering this is probably his 5th or 6th offense and increasing fines don't seem to be a deterrent, no it isn't.

I think Harrison should have to be McCoys butler for a week or two in the offseason as punishment.

Serious question.....

If Harrison played for the Chiefs and played the way he does, and hit let's say Phillip Rivers this past week, would we even have this poll? Would you be this passionate about his punishment or not?
