If you have finalists announced, why are they allowed to vote for Moore and Barkley? Those votes might have cost Luck the statue.

Voting is done before the finalist is picked. They take the Top voted players overall.

I am not 100% but I think this is how it's done.

Some early voters determine who the finalists are, in other words, who gets the invite and how many are invited is determined by how early voters vote.

Congrats to RG3. Heisman is deserved.

Still feel bad for Ball. He's at the very least deserving of the Doak Walker award. I don't see how Richardson deserves it all.
