Yes. Because a warm seat also means a foul scent. I hold it until the seat cools off.

How would it be warm without being used? Warm means someone's hot sweaty ass and fecal germs are now touching your ass. Gross.

Do you really think it's any more clean when it's cold? The sweat and germs are still there.

anywhere outside my own home's bathroom I cover the seat with a fortress of tp anyways before sitting down

Good question really and I don't really know why just something I have always done. If I sit on a public toilet without it I am not comfortable.

I've used hand sanitizer after washing my hands in a public bathroom. Never used sanitizer on my ass or washed my ass in the sink after going bathroom in public.

Flush with my foot and I use hand sanitizer after washing my hands in a public bathroom.

Never used sanitizer on my ass or washed my ass in the sink after going bathroom in public. I'll stick to the Fab1 technique. Cover seat in tp before sitting down.

Hand sanitizers are borderline useless. They basically just rearrange germs.

They only really "work" in clinical settings where doctors and nurses use it to compliment washing their hands a ton.

I put tp all over the seat. Luckily, the bathrooms at my job have handsfree flush and sink.
