This week is a very important one in my opinion. Northwestern Mogadore is the most intriguing to me because I think this game will reveal a lot about where everyone's gonna end up in the final standings. I'm not quite sure but I'm leaning towards northwestern to take this one because their offense is looking very good and the quarterback is gonna have a very big year. The other game is Hillsdale Loudonville i honestly don't know who to pick but the last time I picked against Hillsdale it bit me in the but.

Since I am Running the pool until someone else takes over, I will not be in the contest

As far as oldsmithie, we had a secret Board meeting (ala Smithville board) and decided that he is to old, been here to long and things have passed him by and he will be asked to resign (ala Coach Shrock) and his picks won't be counted. We wish him well on his retirement in Fla. and thank him for whatever he thinks he should be thanked for.

Mapleton (can't believe i picked this one)
Norwayne (tough to pick this one)
Mogadore (tough to pick this one)
Hillsdale (hardest to pick of the week by far because Lville is not coached very well but has some great talent up front until they get tired...(I guess running up and down the field on Crestview will do that to you but they looked it against smithville too) Hillsdale lives and dies by the jet... I didn't think they looked that good at scrimmages but have started hot... )

This is my first post but come on. If I was able to pick a POY no one from Smithville would be in the top 10. Obviously 855Pride has some sort of relationship/emotional tie to his "POY" pick. That's ridiculous. He shouldnt even be in the conversation. He is a good player.....not that good.

Yeah, I don't know about POY. Maybe MVP, as I can't think of a player that seems to mean as much to his team on both sides of the ball.

However, I'm curious why nobody from Smithville would be in the top 10 in an 8-team league.

just saying what i have seen at games and read in the paper. i think its ridiculous you think he isnt in the top ten.....smithville norwayne and hillsdale would be loaded with players. dalton has moyer and i cant say anyone from rittman after losing friday. there may not be ten good players in the league this season. the county is low. VERY LOW
