Well, the alleged victim said that he never told Boeheim that he was being molested so, at this point with the info that is out there, I don't know why Boeheim would get canned.

If true, disgusting and they need to can Fine. One strange detail about the alleged abuse......Fine was still molesting this person when he was 27 years old??? WTF? Why did this 27-year old man allow Fine to continue to do this to him?

As of right now, I would say Boeheim is safe because the alleged victim said he did not tell Boeheim.

Surely Boehiem had to know about this going on...amirite? The guy has been at syracuse forever. He runs Syracuse University. He is Syracuse basketball. Boehiem is just as guilty. /sarcasm

At first I thought you did math your math wrong until I actually read the story because during halftime of one the games on ESPN, they didn't mentioned about the 90's but did mention the 87 final four.

So this guy who is now 39 was 27 in 99/00 and in 2003 a detective told him the statues of limitations had run out. SofL only lasts 3-4 years?

Yea, I thought the math was off at first as well, but if you're 27 it's either classified as rape or just gay love IMO.

This is why the whole Penn State scandal is a good thing (not that it happened obviously, but that its such a huge high profile case) because it is giving other victims the courage to come forward because now they know that just because the accused is powerful, they will still go down in flames.

I mean, if someone as squeaky clean as Joe Paterno can go down after being able to virtually coach until he decided he no longer wanted to, ANYONE can go down.
