I wouldn't be happy about renting a car to a shitty driver, either.Devils Advocate;953725 wrote:They weren't very happy....
Yes, but think of the poor little deer.....dlazz;953727 wrote:I wouldn't be happy about renting a car to a ****ty driver, either.
why do you buy the insurance? doesnt your own insurance cover the car?Devils Advocate;953725 wrote:I don't have a problem with enterprise, but they have one with me. A couple years ago, I picked up a brand new Impala. It only had 240 miles on it. 6.4 miles later, I hit a big ol deer. The airbag deployed ( fun) and the fat bitch almost went though the windshield and in the front seat with me.

I've rented a car before but that is because it was for business and my company paid for it. Maybe if you got a job besides working at McDonalds you'd realize that people rent cars for other reasons than being in an accident.dlazz;953584 wrote:I've never rented a car because I'm responsible and never been in a car accident.

Does McDonalds even give vacations?Commander of Awesome;954566 wrote:lol.
Or in on vacation. He is probably afraid to fly though so he drives everywhere.
How enlightening. No wonder his company bombs when it comes to customer service.Con_Alma;954591 wrote:Jack Crawford's company. He's a pretty wealthy man.
Just like my father, he didn't wait to be drafted but rather ran down and enlisted right after Pearl Harbor was bombed by the Japanese. He became a naval fighter pilot serving in the Pacific. Fought in some very famous battles off of both The USS Essex and The USS Enterprise.
He named this rental car company after the second carrier he served from.
Break the law in someone else's car, then bitch about the consequences. It's the American way :thumbdown:Scarlet_Buckeye;954726 wrote:Don't rent from National. Now I'm being hit with a $70 penalty feel from The Toll Roads and a $15 admin fee from National. Really? Thanks National. Jackasses.
Do you believe that this practice is exclusive to Enterprise?Scarlet_Buckeye;954726 wrote:Don't rent from National. They just assessed me a $15 admin fee because a notice of toll evasion was sent to them when I mistakenly took what I thought was a Car Pool lane, but in fact was a FasTrak lane.

I was in California. I'm not from there. I didn't know what FasTrak was. I *thought* it was a synonym for "car pool" lane.LJ;954737 wrote:Break the law in someone else's car, then bitch about the consequences. It's the American way
It wasn't Enterprise. It was National. And when I'm a premiere customer who frequents their service, yes... I would have hoped that they would have just "ate" the $15 "admin fee" after I just paid them $500+ for a rental car.Con_Alma;954766 wrote:Do you believe that this practice is exclusive to Enterprise?
You should see what car companies charge their lessee's when they get the tickets sent to them. We are talking $50-100 per ticket.Scarlet_Buckeye;954883 wrote:It wasn't Enterprise. It was National.
