What is that link for? I wasn't trolling if that's what you are implying. I think I was the only one to even mention his name when he committed because it was the same day as Bosa.

yeah I think some blogger had just tweeted about him being really creepy to recruits last week. I looked at his timeline and it was either tweeting at OSU players/recruits or about his domination at BW3's trivia. My first thought was it kind of seemed like what ncf is like outside of message boards.

I was looking at his timeline and all he does is tweet players constantly. Along with the fact he tweets probably 20+ times a day.
He tweeted nearly everyone on the team the same quote, creepy as fuck.

He is from Ashland Kentucky which is 50 or so miles from my hometown of Lucasville, Ohio. Waugh somehow became friends with some of the students at the high school while I was coaching Junior High football. This is between 02-04 while I was in college. Myself and some friends asked who this dude was and why he was always around and basically found out that he met students through online chat rooms. The belief around Lucasville was that he wasn't all there, but was harmless. Well, our school went on a decent playoff run in 2005 and this guy was everywhere. He came to our tailgates and we couldn't get rid of him. Anyway, something happened and he finally quit coming around. He was banned from Valley grounds shortly before his arrest on the sex charges in 2007.
