Had a nice little day yesterday, took my son out for some driving lessons, did some shopping....then went to watch Moneyball(finally). Then I found an awesome little portable grill for tailgates on clearance at dicks sporting goods for 70 bucks(they usually run around 175-200). Then back home to watch the OSU game.....that is where it all went bad.

Obviously, the game was a disaster after Miller pussied out and Bauserman started throwing the ball to fans like he always does. But then, after the game I go to bed, but get a phone call at 3 am. My dumbass cousin is in sitting at the police station....DUI. So I get dressed and go pick him up. After him pissing off the cop(who was a douche, but hey...my cousin was drunk as fuck, so what do you expect), I get him into my car and start driving him to his place....like 45 mins away. I was a tad irritated, but nothing irritated more than listen to him talk about how they have nothing on him and he was going to get out of this with nothing. I tell him...no way, you will be lucky if you can somehow get it reduced. He thinks that since he refused his breathilizer, but requested a blood test and they didnt give it to him...that he is in the right. NOTE: He failed a sobriety test and by the time I picked him up..he was still completely fucking tanked. Anyhow, after listening to his bullshit for 45 mins, I drop him off.

Then on the way home, my car starts acting up. It starts surging and backing off on the interstate for no reason. Then I pull up to the stop light near my house and it starts jerking while I start to take off....I fear I have a major transmission problem. Anyhow....that is my shit night....

my ex girlfriend got out of a DUI even after she blew. I asked on here about the chances when it happened and what I got is that if there was no concrete evidence (blowing or blood test), there is a really high chance it will get reduced.

2. My car was doing that, and it ended up needing a tune up (Thank God). Put some new spark plugs in, and it ran like a champ. Hope that helps.
