I have been doing a cross-training workout for the last 3-4 months. I have dropped about 20 lbs doing so. I have been drinking a post workout protein shake that has 28g of protein per scoop.
I have always believed the rumors about creatine and how bad it is for your body. But after reading more into it I have become comfortable with giving it another try. I just DO NOT want creatine with a bunch of extra additives that have no proven use in your body's system.
So my question here is: Is there a creatine I can take that is "basic" and safe, but will not pack on pounds? I'm trying to keep slimming down, but I would like to add creatine for the extra push. Is looking for a creatine that won't bulk me up a long shot? Or even possible?
