Is an insurance company allowed to charge different premiums based on one's race? If not, why are they allowed to charge different premiums based on gender? Both are biological (skin color vs sexual organs).

They can charge based upon zip code which says more about a person's driving and risk of comprehensive loss than the color of ones skin.
