I find it funny that the one guy that wanted to be an Indian....may have put the final nail in the coffin. Kind of a big "fuck you" to the tribes front office.

Glory Days caught me posting my displeasure on the old thread! I clicked on the Royals thread. That's how ticked I was and still am. As an old guy, I just had that bad feeling about Ubaldo coming out "great guns", knowing that that usually doesn't last and wondering when the wheels fall off. Victor.

Ubaldo has pitched a GREAT game today. 2 hits allowed and around 7 or 8 K's so far in 7 innings.

One mistake was a 3run blast to Victor. Tribes offense is flat out terrible. We know that, and it's not going to change in he last month. That's why we will not make anymore noise this season.

He has been great....but in the end...3 runs in 7 innings is not good enough. Is that fair, probably not....but this was a must win game.

LOL. Come on now Wes, you can't honestly believe that.

3 runs in 7 innings is a great start, it's not his fault the offense sucks ass. If you're talking a must win game, 3 runs or less is always great. Scoring 1 run is not.

3 runs in 7 innings is not a great start. It sucks cuz he was dominant other than that huge mistake to victor.

Sadly though, he could have had a great start giving up one run and still lost....this offense is a god damn joke.

We'll just disagree on that. 3 runs in 7 innings on 2 hits is a great start against this offense.

However, Joe Smith has the bases loaded with 1 out and Miggy coming up.

They didnt give up as much, but from everything I hear they gave up a big time prospect in Chance Ruffin. This is from the news guys in Toledo and the Mud Hens organization. As I said, not nearly the prospect that Pomeranz is, but still a pretty big prospect.
