My Tigers have just been on fire as of late and that game against the White Sox was just whoa. With all that being said I don't see a sweep either way but Tuesday's game is gonna be everything...if Fister beats Jimenez then the Tigers will take this series and IMO the Tigers will cruise to a division win

This is the biggest game of the season for Cleveland. If ever there was a 'must' win this early, this is it.

One at a time....that's how they have to look at it. Jimenez needs to come up big today. These are the types of games he was traded for. Grady may be activated today.

If Tigers play .500 the rest of the way; Indians must go 20-5 to win the Central! So; this series isn't as important as some make it out to be. 20-5 ? Forget it. :thumbdown:

Until there's an X next to their name in the standings, every game and series is important, especially head to head.

Tigers acquisition for Fister and a stud reliever Pauley in exchange for virtually nothing sealed the deal for Detroit. Fister's ERA was a full run lower than Ubaldo, WHIP was much better, and he pitched in the AL...not the NL.

Did the Tigers give up their top prospects for these 2? Not hardly.

Tribe must sweep this home series. If they do, then the numbers you posted change dramatically. A sweep is highly improbable tho.

Not looking good. I even picked up Fister in fantasy with the hopes of jinxing him since I never have success in the playoffs, no matter how good my teams are. It isnt working yet.
