Lots of places have dress codes. What is the problem?

I've seen some pretty nice looking women who are in the 40's I would love to see a picture of this women. Because if shes ugly then it just makes this dude an even bigger idiot.

I want to know first how long this went on and how long she worked there knowing it. Or did something happen to her regarding this and all the sudden it wasn't ok? Now I am not saying it was ok, but I do wish they do this at my office LOL, but why aren't other woman suing?
