I heard Cabin Of The Woods was pretty decent, of course, this guy also enjoys some pretty retarded movies.

I can't wait to go see Sinister. The trailer looks great.

I know nothing about how scouting works in baseball, but basically the Red Sox have the first pick in the high school draft and they're just sending one guy (Justin Timberlake :() around following the top prospect in the country who happens to be playing games in front of like 13 people in the middle of nowhere.

As opposed to his younger years were he would just one line, grit his teeth, and shoot the guy.

Cabin in the woods is easily the worst movie I have seen all year. Easily.

I take it you saw it?

[SP]The funniest thing I heard was that Lillard's character was fired immediately after the top pick had one bad batting practice. [/SP]

I didnt plan on seeing it, but because of her I planned on watching on DVD. Ill probably stick to that plan with these reviews.
Yes, Jennifer Lawrence is in HATES. Her character was annoying.

I just went to check out The Master with Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Joaquin Phoenix. It's directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. It was an odd movie but I thought it was good. I thought Seymour Hoffman and Phoenix both did a pretty good job.

Saw it tonight. I really enjoyed it. The plot is somewhat different then what I thought it'd be but still good. It's definitely worth going to see.

I saw Looper last night. It was ok, but not spectacular. I think with it having Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon-Levitt that my expectations were too high. It was entertaining, but I just expected more.

I'm tempering my expectations. I know that Rian Johnson has been billed as Wes Anderson-lite but I haven't been overly impressed. "Brick" was good IMO for what it was and "The Brothers Bloom" was a mess that could have been great, he's had 4 years to make Looper, so it should be a bit more polished than Bloom.

Saw Looper instead of Taken 2. Good not great. Actually a little dissapointed, but I think that has more to do with the fact the plot was so differenat from waht I expected than the actual movie.
