It's easy to find a softball or basketball league just about anywhere, but for those of us who want to play football, soccer, hockey Lax, rugby, etc. it's tougher...

What organized sports are you still involved in after college??? Anyone ever start a league of their own ???

I just got done playing basketball at the rec center.

Beach volleyball but its not an organized league or anything. Its about 10-12 friends that get together from about March to Sept every Saturday (and more during the year if we can) to play.

UGHHH i know what you mean. Lacrosse adult leagues are super hard to find if at all. Luckily i coached high school so I can play in their summer league (there are some other post college and college age players). This is the first year since frosh year in high school i will not be playing or coaching lacrosse in the spring.. IT SUCKS!

right now i'm in a flag football league, and adult volleyball league at the YMCA in town. also play city rec league basketball, and play on 3 softball teams in the summer and 3 in the fall. also play in a 2 on 2 sand volleyball league in the spring.

They have something here called the Underdog Sports League, with things such as flag football, dodgeball, putt putt, volleyball, etc... Played flag football and putt putt, probably dodgeball soon, brings back memories of youth

The NFL is a rec league to me.
