The obstacles weren't that tough. The worst was probably the ice bath. Giant waste management dumpsters filled with ice water that you had to crawl through and go under a board in the middle so you had to full submerse yourself. It was a bitch but shocked my system and gave me a pretty good second wind.




Here I am on the balance beam. Most people I saw fell off but I was able to make it across like a boss.

The toughest part of this course was the fact it was built on the side of a mountain. Walking up a ski slope is a mofo.

I got shocked once. No tattoo. It was $70 and was nothing but the tough mudder logo.

It was a nice little shock. 10k volts. Enough to knock you on your ass if you got shocked multiple times at once. I only got one jolt, thankfully.

One of the wives got a video of me in the ice bath. She said it's nothing more than me jumping in and saying "fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck..." the whole time. Hopefully she will post it on facebook soon.

As part of the wounded warrior project, these nba players are on base this week amd are playing a series of exhibitions this week around the different bases on the island. While also taking BP with our USAF softball team Wednesday.
