I'm doing the November 20 one in Chicago/Indiana.

Probably going to be cold as hell.

A few friends are doing it as well.

Lol just checked the average temps for Chicago:

November:
  • Average High Temperature: 47°F (8°C)
  • Average Low Temperature: 32°F (0°C)
December:
  • Average High Temperature: 35°F (2°C)
  • Average Low Temperature: 21°F (-6°C)

    Since it's late November split the difference and say Nov. 20:
  • High 41
  • Low 27

    Fuck yes. The water obstacles are going to blow.

A few of us are getting a team together to go Vermont. There's one there May 5th and 6th.

I'm pretty much constantly training for these sort of things. It wouldn't be bad to do their interval routine.

What I will say is run hills. Run hills. Run hills. Run hills. Your legs will be dead from the hills, you can be in fantastic physical condition and not be "winded" but just not have enough in your legs to do as much as you want. So run hills and do some leg lifting is a big suggestion of mine.

And wear gloves.

Sorry guys the daughter and I have to bailed out.
She has a project that will be coming to a end sooner that expected and that could required her to do some last minute addendums/drawing before final proposal for building permits.
On Sunday hurt my foot, deep medial cuneiform bone bruise. </SPAN>
