I suppose his 10.5 rebounds per game is irrelevant too.

30% from the college line is not good, and 45 % is good but how many of those were jumpshots and how many were dunks and layups. Watching him he didn't seem to have any ability to handle and create his own shot, he is a hell of a defender and rebounder though. Not top 5 talent imo

But yeah, he could be a good pickup. But not that early.

He played D1 last time I checked and led his team to a 2-seed and a sweet 16 appearance against the eventual national champions.

He's not a shooter. 45% is fine for a guy who is smooth, quick, and can get to the rim. He's a great rebounder and would do well in the pros.

Williams is going to be a good player, but again, he's a tweener. Not exactly a SF, not exactly a PF...

He's a freak though and can score from just about anywhere. I'd like to see him work on his post game a bit more though.

Even when talking about Leonard. 30 percent from college 3 is going to equate to 30 percent from NBA midrange. 45 percent isnt great for a PF either, and Leonard was in the paint a lot. Youd like him to be above 50 percent at least.

As for Williams. Guy is going to be a stud. Way to athletic, and with way to good a shot to fail. The more I think about it, the more the Cavs need Irving at #1, but Williams is going to be a very, very good player.

When they flipped the Detroit card at #8 I was going nuts I knew that guaranteed us a top 3 pick.

The Cavs have so many options at #4. I'm hearing rumblings that we could possibly throw the 4 pick and our trade exception for a big player a team is looking to unload (ala Iguodala or Gay) but who knows.

So PUMPED!

Reminds me of a less athletic BJ Mullens with the way he can move and shoot the ball

A less athletic BJ Mullens? That sure isnt a good thing. He had the lowest basketball IQ of about any player I can remember.

Exactly. That's why draftexpress.com has us taking Jonas Valanciunas instead of him at #4.

I would pissed if we did that deal for Iggy. Gay I would do that deal, but not for Iggy.

Haha ... Windhorst says we just "traded Mo Williams for Byron Scott and Kyrie Irving". Even the Denver Broncos are shaking their heads.

I can't wait to see NY Knicks fan wearing their Irving jerseys, lol lol lol

If Kanter=BJ Mullens then how he is even ranked that high? There has to be something about him that puts him head and shoulders above Mullens.

Where is the BJ Mullens comparison coming from? Mullens was/is a headcase. Kanter doesn't have these concerns far as I know.

Mullens was soft inside as well, from everything I've heard, Kanter likes to bang in the paint.

Kanter plays more like Tim Duncan than any player in the last 10 years. With a little more range.
