That probably couldn't have gone any better for Cleveland.

I think they have to take Kyrie and hope Williams slips to 4.

Kyrie is a no brainer at #1 for me.

I like Kemba as well..just both are PGs.

Kemba is not an NBA point guard.
Or I should say won't be.

I think all the athletes playing for the Cleveland teams are trying to bring success to the city....we as fans are tired of the losing, the players are tired of the losing, the owners are tired of the losing.....I think the City of Cleveland and the fans of the Browns, Cavs, and Indians are going to be seeing better efforts from everyone involved to bring that championship back to us.wildcats20;771950 wrote:Props to Haden and Cribbs being there.

I don't see Minnesota at Utah passing on Williams. Who could those two want more than him?

Yeah I think you gotta take Irving with the direction the NBA is going and then pick who is left out of Williams and the big Turk

Agreed. I think if used correctly he can be more like a Rip Hamilton. Just thinking they already have some good big men, some youth too and if they can't get Williams or Kanter you take the best available--doesn't hurt to have another shooter playing with a good point guard. I don't know that Irving will be a star but he could be, he's definitely going to be very good.

Who knows, we've seen plenty of dumb selections before. Darko anyone? One takes Kanter and one takes a stretch for Thompson because they think his ceiling is higher than Williams? I mean I agree, he should go 2 or 3 but you never know.

could see Utah taking a PG. so Williams or Kanter would most likely be there at #4

You gotta take Irving with the #1. The #4? Who cares, we won the freaking lottery!

That went just about perfectly. Any combo of Irving/Kanter/Williams (preferably in that order) would be great with me. There are about 5 players in this draft that I like, so getting both of our picks in the top 4 is pretty damn sweet.

How awesome was it seeing Joe Haden, Josh Cribbs and Bernie Kosar up there with Dan Gilbert and his sons? Fantastic Cavs got the 1st pick, 4th is icing on the cake.

I think Kyrie is a no brainer but if they really want Williams you could get Knight at 4 too--might not be a bad combo either.

The #4 pick I'd like to see Kawhi Leonard.

Woooooo #1 baby that was pretty damn exciting. I say Irving #1 and hope Williams/Kanter fall to 4. I'd also be ok with Williams/McKnight. I really don't care at this point I'm probably still too excited.

Id honestly go Williams at 1, because Kemba or Irving will drop to 4, imo. Probably Kemba, but he is gonna be a good NBA PG. Williams is soooo athletic and at the same time can nail the deep jumper. Tough to find.
