Kelly Gene Gibson has been charged with the same crime an astounding 48 times since 1992.

What could he possibly have done? Well it's pretty easy to gather from the mugshot below the Gibson clearly may have a problem. His stoned grin and metallic cheeks tell a tale of seemingly unparalleled alleged paint sniffing.

The arrest was apparently a sight to behold, according to WANE. Gibson had allegedly gone to sniff toxic vapors after getting in a fight with his wife.

When the officer opened the door, the entire apartment smelled of paint fumes and Kelly was found sitting on the couch with his shirt off, and his hands, mouth, nose and chin covered in silver paint.
While his mugshot is ridiculous, paint sniffing is definitely not a laughing matter. Let's hope he gets some help before he makes it to #50.

AWESOME !!! I guess it's a cheaper high than other some other drugs.

I guess it could be me as I accidentally got high on gasoline when I was in 4th grade. I love the smell of gas and I guess I really loved it back then.

Had a kid in my 8th grade class that was into sniffing gas vapors. He decided it would be a good idea to smoke a cigarette directly after. Surely 8 months in OSU's burn center taught him his lesson?

Damn !!! Lucky for me I didn't smoke in 4th grade...now chewing tobacco at that age is a different story. That's when I had my first 'chaw' of King B Twist. That got me sicker than the gas did, but the chewing tobacco got easier over time. As for gas, first time, last time.

Truthfully, at the time in age I didn't know gas would get you high. I don't really recall what all happened just was told by my cousin who watched me the whole time.

Mmmmm ... chewing tobacco. I got started late, but I did a can a day for years.
