A new site which is similar to Groupon is in the pre-launch phase and will be launched within the next month or so. It will have more deals available daily compared to Groupon and you will be able to get deals based on what you are interested. Free to sign up.

Would pay money.

Also, once it launches there is free stuff available for those who use the coupons. Say for example you sign up and then find a coupon you like and buy it. If you then go and refer 3 other people to that deal and they also buy it, you get yours for free.

Here's the complete CAN-SPAM Act, last updated in 2008 I believe: http://www.internetcases.com/library/statutes/can_spam_act.pdf

Whatever the venue, spam will almost never be considered spam if it is not done in an automated bulk fashion. On a message board, this would include things like comment bots or even just copy/pasting the same promotional reply. I don't recall message board spam being included in the CAN-SPAM Act, so as of right now, I think the only ramifications are getting kicked off the forum, but I believe that it will be legislated the next time there are ammendments made to the document.

I don't mind at all. I do rev-share affiliate marketing for other companies. They make and support the tools and trainings. I sell it. We split the commission. My cut usually ranges between 55% and 75% per sale generated, which means a single sale has been as low as $5 for me and as high as $497 for me.

Basically, I work in sale-only revenue-sharing marketing. What you're talking about is Cost-Per-Action marketing, which usually pays per free signup, and is usually a flat rate per signup (a buck or two).
