This. Being the big time recruit he was, people had unrealistic expectations from the get go. Anything less than a national title, Heisman, etc, etc...many are going to automatically label him a failure. It sucks, but its the life of a big time recruit in this day and age of the media blitz.
Is Pryor great? No. Is he bad? No. I think he boarders on very good myself. And, depending on how he does when he returns next year, I think he will get drafted by the 3rd round. He is too much of a freak athlete to go much longer than that. What happens after that, is anybodies guess.
