My supplements are the ECA stack (which I take in the morning), fish oil (morning, not sure when is best, though), and whey protein (post workout).
I only drink green tea (which I make with very light sugar), V8, water, and some milk. I have been doing the 16-8 intermittent fasting, which is pretty easy by the way, even without the ECA stack. My eating window is the seemingly common 2-10pm. I usually drink coffee in the morning, but have switched to green tea. I spend nearly $600 a month on food and alcohol. Hopefully better eating habits and not drinking (buying) coffee everyday will cut that close to in half. I know I will inevitably break the fast on the weekends when I am drinking late at night. Any tips on how to deal with that?
Have had great success with the reverse pyramid lifts. I do the 8-10-12. 12 is the minimum on my last set, I do as many reps as I can after. I've done my shoulders/back and bi's/tri's day this week and have gone up in everything with the reverse pyramid. It's weird...I am able to do more weight on my 8 rep set, but my following sets feel light and am able to do them easier as well as more reps; I think because I start out high weight? I dont see how this isnt more common. Maybe it just makes too much sense lol. My workout partner was pretty hesitant to try this at first, but just doing it one time he has fully bought into it.
Anyways, I feel a lot better, healthier, and stronger. I dont see how I wont be able to keep it up.
If you're not binge drinking every Friday and Saturday I would't even sweat it. Just go high protein, low carb that day and say fuck it. Go about your next day as you would on normally with your feeding window.
Also, I hate to break it to you, but cooking at home with "healthy" choices in terms of food isn't that cheap. I thought I would save a ton by lessoning my eating out and booze consumption. Not so much.
Here's a writeup about boozing from the LG site.

I've also jumped on the reverse pyramid bangwagon. I've only done two workouts with it, but so far so good. I was leaning towards the 5/3/1 program, but I think I'm going to stick with this.
