Walmart. Get a brand name, 85-90% dark chocolate for $2.46. I make a casein protein "ice cream" right before I go to bed by throwing 8-10 ice cubes in a blender, 2 cups of coconut milk, 2 scoops ON's chocolate peanut butter casein protein and a square of the dark chocolate. Blend until soft serve like. SO good !
I will tell you this about eating Paleo. I no longer crave anything sweet and I'd previously kill a man for a Butterfinger bar. I get my carbs from vegetables, occasional fruits and sweet potatos. I wish I could honestly say (not really), "man I really want some pizza/candy/ etc", but I'd be lying.
This way of eating has shed a sh#tload of bodyfat and weight and has allowed me to cut back my workout time significantly. The food that I consume does most of the work. I have my "official" 4 week weigh-in/bodyfat measurement on Saturday and I should reach a milestone. I will weigh the least I've weighed since I left for college football two-a-days 25 years ago.
I can't say enough about this. It's worth trying.
