Yes, I do know what a football looks like, but I didn't play. My talents were better utilized in other sports. What does that have to do anything?crusader1980 wrote:Do you even know what a football looks like? Buy a clue.Fly4Fun wrote: Haha... claiming this is about money is a big joke. Seriously... when they keep firing coaches before their massive contracts are up you know money isn't really an issue. All we always here is how much money ND has and it is never an issue.
Sad move on ND's part. Arrogance and cowardice are the motives that seem the most likely. Arrogance that they think they are above it; cowardice that they are affraid of what might happen if they lose.
Read again. THE PLAYERS voted not to go. How is that being a coward?
Walk up to Te'o, and call him a coward to his face.
I thought so...
SO what if the players voted not to go? My point still stands... arrogance and cowardice are the emotions/feelings behind this decision. Just because you don't like my reasoning you have to start calling me names and making no actual argument to the contrary?
If I see an athlete decide not to compete then I see someone who is a coward... unless it's for medical reasons or a better competition more practical path somewhere else. Athletes LOVE to compete... unless they are afraid of what might happen if they lose. That's what happened here... cowardice.
They think they are too good for a bowl that would want a 6-6 team and are afraid of the ramifications of losing.
